KidsVerse ships to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery windows are displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing time varies by product and fulfillment supplier. Available shipping charges and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Products fulfilled from different locations may arrive separately. Tracking is provided when it becomes available from the supplier or carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Addresses and split shipments

Please verify the delivery address before placing an order. Items may arrive in separate packages when they are fulfilled from different locations.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout.

Problems with delivery

If an order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or tracking shows an unresolved problem, contact KidsVerse through our Contact page with your order number and relevant photos when applicable.
